Michael and Karen DiPeri, who serve as President and Vice President of the corporation, established Yipeee in 1997. This husband-and-wife team oversees a staff of five full-time employees and hundreds of free-lance service professionals in the New York tri-state area.

Initially, the company was established to provide supplemental staffing for in-house catering establishments. However, Michael and Karen were quick to recognize the need for improving standards of professionalism throughout the food service industry. Yipeee’s service professionals are now widely recognized as the best in the trade, consistently well-prepared and well-trained.
