If you find yourself living a life of quiet—or not-so-quiet—desperation,
if you’re troubled with stress-related illness, experiencing
anxiety, rage or depression with increasing frequency, if you are
blocked as an artist, if your life seems off track, it’s important
for you to know that you can learn ways to live more successfully.
Over the course of almost three and a half decades
of psychotherapeutic practice and ongoing study, Martha has observed
that most of us encounter serious difficulties creating the lives
we want. We find ourselves trapped in bad habits, blocked by unresolved
traumas, and unable to release ourselves from unhealthy and unreasonable
societal and, often, familial expectations.
In her workshops Martha teaches people the skills
to successfully relieve stress and, thereby, to become stronger,
healthier individuals. By acquiring these skills, we can live our
lives fully and well, with respect and compassion for others and
ourselves.
