Innerworks was
developed by Martha to address the impact of long-term stress affecting
so many of us nowadays. Whether the source is interpersonal relationships,
financial conditions, job demands, low self-esteem or any combination
thereof, stress can be extremely debilitating. When experienced
on an ongoing basis, it impacts not only our emotional well-being
but our physical health as well.
This workshop incorporates aspects of yoga exercise,
creative writing and dreamwork. With a solid basis in years of rigorous
scientific research across several disciplines, Innerworks
provides the tools and techniques for participants to safely access
and work through tensions, traumas and stress.
